Martin has over 40 years of experience in the London property market, 15 years as an advisor and 25 years as a principal and over that time has developed extensive market contacts. Martin has a detailed knowledge and understanding of identifying, arranging and structuring deals from the acquisition, debt financing, through asset management and leasing to the disposal of real estate assets across London and the UK.
Previously Property Director of CIT Group PLC and a partner at Knight Frank, Martin has acquired and sold over £2bn of assets in the commercial, residential and leisure sectors of the UK property market including high profile buildings in Central London.
Recent projects include development and asset management of central London offices, private rented sector residential investment sale and asset management and UK wide shopping centres.
Martin leads a team focussed on central London office repositioning and affordable residential property for rent across the South East and UK.
