David has over 20 years’ experience in the UK real estate industry and has spent the last 15 years on the client side.

Prior to joining Addington in 2019, he worked for Columbia Threadneedle Property Investments where he was a senior asset manager specialising in all sectors across the UK Real Estate Market with a particular focus on the southeast and central London office market. He was Lead Asset Manager on the highly successful “UK Property Select Fund II”, a closed ended private equity fund launched in 2013 targeting and delivering value add returns.
