All our projects today are tackling the real issue of obsolescence caused from a reliance on fossil fuels for heating and cooling. The transition of older buildings requires capital, expertise and pragmatism. We think it’s a major opportunity for us and our partners, where the potential returns can significantly out weigh the risks. We have the benefit of working on this transition across different sectors and whilst there are differences there are also common themes and a transference of knowledge.  

The solutions involve understanding the technical aspects and the costs/benefits of installing new heating and cooling systems in existing and usually old buildings.  The technical solutions and their implementation is bespoke. 

We like to work with the existing structure and look to repurpose to create buildings that improve communities and the environment, while providing a strong return for our investor partners.
