We purchased the Harvey Centre and Little Walk mall in Harlow town centre in joint venture with funds managed by Tristan Capital Partners. The shopping centre comprises of 430,000 sq. ft. and Little Walk and adjacent land holdings comprised another 146,000 sq. ft.
Under our management we repurposed vacant first and second floor accommodation above the Tesco into a six screen cinema and bought in the ex-M&S unit which was divided into seven retail units and let to Nationwide, Starbucks, Holland & Barrett, F.Hinds and a gym.
We obtained planning consent for 468 new private one-, two- and three-bedroom homes on the four acre Little Walk mall site. The consented site was sold to an independent housebuilder for £15 million.
The centre was sold to Harlow Borough Council in 2022.
