We bought Aireside House as part of a portfolio. It is a Victorian mixed-use building close to the main train station with 9,300 sq. ft. of offices on ground and three upper floors.
We implemented a rolling refurbishment of the office floors to provide contemporary studio/office space and re-let to local media and tech companies.
The building was sold to a UK pension fund.
