Since 2021, we have been implementing a refurbishment plan at 10 Fleet Place, a 186,000 sq. ft. high-quality air-conditioned office building, completed in 1991 and designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, on behalf of an Asian Family Office.
The building is multi-let and we have been improving the building’s environmental credentials by undertaking a programme of rolling refurbishments to upgrade the internal office and install new end of trip facilities, including BCO compliant showers, changing facilities and bike parking.
We have improved the ESG credentials of 10 Fleet Place by upgrading both the central plant and on floor M&E, to secure an EPC B on floor and for the whole building.
The reception has also been remodelled, including the commissioning of a unique art installation on the feature wall, together with new contemporary furniture and lighting.
Since October 2021, we have agreed new leases on a total of 175,000 sq. ft. across eight separate transactions. 79,000 sq. ft. have been lease regears with existing tenants including CNBC & Mott MacDonald and 96,000 sq. ft. have been open market lettings to new tenants through five transactions including with Interpath Restructuring and Hogan Lovells.
